After visiting an apartment, I told them that I still had interest. Eventuelly they found that I was the best candidate and asked if I also was still interesed. I said I was as this was the first and only apartment I was able to find. Eventually, I noticed other apartments that were much nicer and eventually I told them that I wasnt interested anymore as the kitchen and bathroom wasnt to my liking. And the contract is for 3y, which means I have to be 100% sure that I like the apartment in its totallity. I told them that I can sign documents 2 weeks later so they dont need to do anything now. A few days after, I decided that I rather have a nicer apartment that is also located closer to the station. So I tell them that I am not interested anymore. They got very angry and told me they wont help me anymore in the future. I understand that this is an inconvinience for them, but they have no reason to get angry at a client that is willing to pay more money for a nicer apartment!!!!!
I didnt sign anything and they should know that in this job, there will always be people that change their mind last minute. I have the right to change my mind, last minute, as long as I dont sign anything. Only amateurs should react like this and based on the reaction, you find out who are the real professionals and amateurs. As theyre professionals, they shouldnt have acted this way. Not the receptionist, not the colleague.
I just called the receptionist and explained her the situation, that I am inerested in an apartment but I feel that Im treated unfairly by the things that her colleague told me. The receptioninst was very rude to me when we started to talk about the situation that I previously explained in this review. I think theyre not good with customers because I am also thinking to buy an apartment with a value of around EUR 500 000, and im def not gonna go to them.

Very satisfied with the agency so far. As an expat not familiar with Belgian law and regulations, they made renting an apartment a smooth experience for me, handling all the necessary paperwork and providing assistance.
