I had carefully planned a premises visit for this Thursday at 11:30 a.m., but a few hours before the appointment, Ana-Maria m contacted me to tell me that I also had another appointment at 1:30 p.m. However, I had never requested or confirmed any appointment at that time. I find this simply unacceptable and totally disrespectful of impose it on me at the last minute, without even consulting me first.
What is even more disconcerting is the aggressive attitude and inappropriate language used by Ana from our first telephone exchange. She dared to call me directly by my first name, which demonstrates a blatant lack of respect and professional courtesy. It is clear that she behaves as if she owns the agency and can afford to treat clients as she sees fit.
I am shocked by his lack of education and professional expression. A person responsible for managing appointments should know how to communicate effectively and politely with clients. Unfortunately, Ana does not appear to have the skills necessary to complete this task with the required level of excellence.
In addition, she completely botched my request for an office visit to Tour et Taxi because it was not her file/I called another agency.
Faced with this situation, I cannot recommend this agency to anyone looking for professional and respectful service. There are many other competent agencies that will treat customers courteously and provide quality service. Clients deserve to be treated appropriately and to feel confident when interacting with professionals. Unfortunately, this agency does not meet these basic expectations.
I strongly advise you to research other options before committing to this agency. Don't allow Ana-Maria's disrespectful attitude and lack of professionalism to ruin your space finding experience. Opt for an agency that values its clients and truly cares about their satisfaction."
