Do not deliberately advertise defects of an apartment. On 11/08/2023 we went to view an apartment of which they did not find it necessary to inform a potential buyer that a room was/is being propped up (much worse condition than advertised). Very misleading. When purchasing a property, I expect a professional framework and since I was sent the wrong documents at the start, this aspect is missing.

We were looking for a property in Ostend at short notice, found it shortly before the summer and arranged everything in record time thanks to Marie-Charlotte and the Agence Vanbeckevoort team. They arranged a lot for us so that we could focus on getting the business open as quickly as possible. So very satisfied!
