Difficult to understand some comments... People apparently want everything right away without understanding the ins and outs of corporate life or even just charges...
Whatever happens to me, I am happy with the management service which takes care of my copro... and also with the rental management which manages my property perfectly...
For the rest, a team that seems dynamic to me and always there to respond and help (even during covid!)

Deplorable trustee. To flee as far as possible!!!
Management getting worse and worse... Co-owner dependent on this trustee since mid-2019... But who has been managing for years. Already 3 managers since my arrival.
Currently Ms. Nespoulous has the responsibility to "manage" but only responds when she wants or only if it requires little research effort. Gets personally offended as soon as we have the misfortune to say that we are not satisfied.
I am obliged to take charge of several tasks dedicated to the trustee, to relaunch them constantly to have a minimum of progress in our requests or claims.
The service providers enter the residence like a mill and this is normal. No follow-up of intervention maintenance reports.
In short, I don't even have the words anymore... To the point of taking the time to give this opinion if it can help some because we are hostage because of their inefficiency.
We were supposed to have 1 AGM in 3 days and we still have not finalized the verification of accounts or summons.
If you have money to waste go for it 😂

We changed to Syndic'immo in March 2022. They did a huge job to get our copro back on track.
The trustee is responsive and travels when needed. They are very professional people who know their job.
Thank you to Mr. Constancis and his entire team for your involvement.

Our co-ownership is managed by this agency and by Ms. Nespoulous in particular.
Good responsiveness, responds to emails quickly. Moves when necessary.
The few problems we encountered were handled as required.

Only one word to say, RUN! 5 years since we had a leak in our apartment, and it is still not resolved, now it affects 4 rooms on two floors (see photos), one room has been unusable for over a year. The only time the file made good progress was when one of our co-owners did the work instead of the Trustee. But since he no longer takes care of it, nothing is moving forward. More than 9 months to obtain quotes and organize a general meeting (and still it has not been held), no response to our emails or letters to request information, we are completely ignored.
