This real estate agency, like many others in general in Belgium, never respond to your requests for their rentals. So I don't know if their publications are just advertising effects in order to get people talking about their agencies. But I don't think that's good. at all ..see dishonest on their part

Very bad agency, or I came across a very bad employee!! I go to visit a house, I give a cover letter and I get a text message saying that we won't take it because all the owner cares about is the rent! I don't see how she can choose based on simple information. Then never heard from me again to tell me yes or no despite my numerous emails and calls. Total lack of humanity and professionalism!! To flee!! If I could have put 0 I would have done so. It takes a lot for me to shoot someone but now I'm shocked and disappointed by this way of "working" and proceeding. I have no doubt that the person will recognize me and that’s the goal! It would have been better to just take the letter out of politeness. In addition, I ask to be notified if there are other properties of this style to rent and I am told that properties with this much charm are rarely available. 🤦♀️ very seller all that!
