What a desappointment…
Formerly a tenant, I do not recommend this agency.
Over 4 years, a lot of communications problems.
Except for Mr Payen who has always been quite professional, the rest of the people I have met are sulky, never a smile, clearly when you call you can feel on the other end of the line that you are disturbing them.
When you call you never get to the person you want to talk to.
So far it's already a lot, but the icing on the cake is having waited far too long for my deposit to be returned, it's unacceptable, especially knowing that the apartment was returned in a impeccable condition and that a new tenant had been found.
