For the dishwasher that has not been working for months, but we, like many others, also receive answers to quite important matters.. or for the so-called 'construction worker' who came to determine this said that this would be passed on: but did I receive a simple answer: we will only repair this when your contract is at the end of the contract.       • - Following a telephone conversation, I sent an email announcing my change of address more than 10 days ago. No response from my "broker". Why pay a commission to an office like this if they care so little about their clients? Following a new email, a response (by email) was given to me concerning the follow-up to my previous request (change of address). The tone used left me skeptical, Wilink seeming to dismiss responsibility for the lack of communication. However, they sent me "the evidence" of their intervention.

      • - If there had been the possibility of not assigning a star, I would have done so much the service of this brokerage office is deplorable !!!!! They change insurance company without telling their client, are unreachable 3/4 of the time, do not do what is necessary when asked for a document or to cancel a particular policy. In the end, I find myself doing everything alone. What are they for? To flee!!!! Do not take out insurance with them.
