If you are looking for a serious agency, run away!!
We have the opportunity to occupy a property whose trustee is managed by the Trevi Rasquain agency. The service and follow-up are a disgrace to the profession.
To date, our building, which is around ten years old:
- Has had a faulty fire system for several months.
-Has a front door that no longer closes, creating a safety risk and an unimaginable draft.
- No exterior lighting has been available for several months.
Not only does the agency not seem to be interested in its files but also, the choice of service providers for interventions is of the same level: catastrophic.
My only advice is to redirect you to other, much more competent agencies. Reading the reviews, I see that despite being asked for positive reviews, I am not the only one to question the work...
