At the beginning of February, we contacted the Era agency in Andenne for the sale of our house and the project of a new, smaller construction.
It was Aurore Ceuleers who worked on our project. She showed such dynamism and professionalism that everything happened quite quickly. In three days of visits, our house was under option and… sold at the expected price. As for our new house project, she immediately identified our needs and found our new “cocoon”.

Good morning,
We had a real estate agency for the sale of our house with whom things didn't go too well, we ended up sending a reputable letter to this same agency.
I had contacted Gilmont Immobilier to resume the sale of our property, in the meantime the house was finally sold at the last minute by the first agency.
I can therefore only speak about the contact I had with Mr. Gilmont, he was of great help to us in terms of the estimates he had made, namely a complete description of the strong and weak points of our house, his price estimate was based on the value of the property taking into account the work to be planned for new buyers, it turns out that this is exactly the price at which we sold it.
The only regret I have is not having contacted Mr. Gilmont sooner, who lived right next to us!
