      • + After seeing several brokers, I teamed up with Stijn Dirkx, broker of Marc Swevers Immo. We had a great cooperation with honest communication about the sale price, which enabled me to respond to it. The office received very professional and prompt information about interested parties and a weekly overview of the viewings. Stijn negotiated a good price with the buyers for me. The contact with Stijn was very pleasant and very personal. I thought he was a very sincere and honest person. I was able to reach him quickly every time I found it necessary. I hope it will no longer be necessary, but if I wanted to sell my next home, I will certainly do it again with broker Stijn Dirkx and the real estate office of Immo Swevers. Good luck, Chris Maes

      • + One of the heirs had a positive experience with IMMO Marc Swevers. We also read positive reactions about this Real Estate Agency on Facebook. Since the house, which had to be sold, is located in Heusden and there is a real estate agency of Swevers located in Heusden, the choice was quickly made. We requested an estimate from this office. On October 8, 2020 we had an exploratory meeting with Axel Iven. He came across as very empathetic. Took time to listen to our story. He gave clear information about the working method, the cost of selling, etc. We were given an example of a sales brochure. Everything came across as very professional. On October 13, we had another meeting. We received the appraisal report with beautiful, professional photos of the house, information about the competition, the appraisal price, etc ... After we gave our agreement for the further approach, Axel quickly arranged the house for sale on the website with all necessary information. We received an 'Activity Report' every week. In between there were phone calls with proposals about the further approach, but also with understanding for the position and the proposals of the heirs. Axel coached us throughout this sales period with good results. The house is sold after 3 months online. Buyer and sellers are satisfied and thank Axel for his professionalism and commitment. We would also like to thank the other employees (photographer, copywriter, real estate clerk, ...).
