- Makes serious accounting mistakes: gas, electricity and water of the general parts that were already paid in previous financial years are suddenly charged again.
- Providing incorrect reserve account amounts.
- communication is far below standard, even the mistakes they have made in, among other things, the accounting, there are no answers.
- allow problems to persist despite helpful residents who do all the work for the syndic.
- reports are never worded correctly and often lack important information.
- never reachable and never call back, even if you have the receptionist write down a message.
- arrive late for appointments.
I can only say negative things about this office and I'm sorry. We pay for a service that we do not receive at all and even with clear warnings to this office, they still do not do their best.
So I'm sorry that I have to write this review because I would have liked to see it differently, but this is completely in your hands.

UPDATE: The VME has dismissed this syndic after the many errors and the lack of solutions/communication. The syndic admitted that they have too much work (but still continue to accept new buildings).
STAY AWAY FROM DESERT/GERANTIS IMMO!

We have been working with this real estate agency for several years in connection with the rental of properties. We had concluded a new contract with them with rental mediation. After not hearing from this office for several weeks, we called the person who signed the contract with us. It turned out that he no longer worked there, nor did his other colleague. We were therefore not informed at all how our contract would be followed up and we had to contact this office again ourselves. There we were told that a new employee was being recruited who would follow up on our file. It is very unfortunate that this new employee was not informed how our file had been received until then. So then I started again from scratch. This is really not a way of working towards us as a customer and this was also reported as such.
The collaboration with the new employee was initially a bit difficult because the placards were not affixed to the building for rent. This was resolved and further cooperation with this person went smoothly and professionally. We would like to thank Lauren for the correct handling of this rental mediation.
