I don't know what the Lochristi region has experienced before with foreigners, but it is almost impossible for a foreigner to rent a house in Lochristi and the surrounding area.       • + When I was house hunting, I came into contact with Inez. The apartment had no garage and I found that a disadvantage. And 2 days later she called with possible garages for sale or rent in the area. Then she called me some time later that she had seen a nice apartment that met my expectations. However, I had already bought a new apartment. When I was going to sell my apartment, I immediately called her. Her way of working, her listening skills and the non-intrusive approach appealed to me. When we talked about the fee, I immediately said that I didn't want to compromise on that, as quality has its price. And behold, my apartment was sold in a short time. Inez is a real winner!       • - Was interested in viewing a property. I call for that and was immediately asked for a pay slip. Dismayed, I hung up. Afterwards, after receiving an email, I call back to speak to a person in charge; turned out that I had already been fully checked; what my profession was, that my name is not correct (nickname), I was asked where I had worked, etc., all this just to view a building. I'd be careful here... p.s.: my mother was a real estate agent

      • + We are very satisfied with the collaboration with Huyzen/Beveren, both for the purchase of an apartment in Castor Park (via Ruben) and for the rental of this apartment (via Jana). The apartment was delivered on February 15, and the tenant could already move in on April 1. Our apartment is probably one of the first in Castor Park to find a tenant.
