      • + We ended up at Huyzen real estate because of a house that was for sale. We were very interested and ended up with Barbara. A very nice, enthusiastic but correct lady! She is not just another real estate salesperson. She is a real mediator between the potential buyer and seller and wants to do her utmost for both parties. She follows everything neatly, down to the last detail, at very short notice. With some luck we were able to buy the house. We were so impressed with Barbara that we hired her to sell our house. And again, everything had gone down to the last detail. Thanks to her market knowledge and great enthusiasm, our house was sold in one day. Again thanks a lot!

      • - Bad service. Those people have no idea how to work with big amount of searching people. Let the world wait for their holy mail reply! Highly recommend (not) 🤝 UPD: those people now accused us in the fraud. Wow. Keep it up guys! Good for you the government regulated that market so heavy so such service may exist!

      • - I sent a request to make an appointment on immoweb, didn’t receive any reply, decided to call to arrange an appointment to visit an apartment to rent. The lady on the phone replied that I should be patient and wait for an email from them (common thing I see here in the reviews). Next morning I didn’t get any reply but they already got me subscribed for their newsletter without my permission. Nice job, guys 😏

      • + When I decided to sell an apartment, I doubted whether I should do this through a real estate agent. After an initial and very pleasant contact, I decided to do this via Ruben van Huyzen Antwerp. This turned out to be a very good decision, the intake, the preparation of the necessary documents and the professional photos and publication on the necessary sites meant that my apartment was sold within a week. A very satisfied client!

      • - I called the number on the website and ask them to create an appointment for renting a studio in Antwerpen. I said I sent an email before and waiting for an answer, then he said wait for at least a week to get an answer. Because I need a house immediately I again ask them in a very nice way like “Can I create an appointment online?” and he made me feel really bad because he starts to speak louder and tell me I need to learn how to be patient, I also need to be patient (again) and have some patience :) . I am a kind person who tries to live in a country that speak different languages and have a different culture. You can kindly answer me too but you choose to be rude and speak louder. I am sure you are successful in your own industry but this was my experience with the guy on the phone. It was not a nice way to meet.
