    De makelaars van Hans Immo kennen als geen ander reeds 3 generaties lang de vastgoedwereld in en rond de stad Antwerpen. Vanuit onze centraal gelegen kantoren zijn we altijd in de buurt van het stadscentrum en de omliggende gemeenten.

    Onze makelaars staan ongedwongen in het leven, genieten van hun job en zijn steeds op zoek naar een passende oplossing voor iedere vraag. Wij houden rekening met uw situatie, hebben een open geest en willen u benaderen als mens (meer dan eigenaar, koper of huurder).

      • + I've encountered Hans Immo on 2 different occasions. While a competitor wasn't able to sell our house in 6 months, Hans Immo got the job done in less than 2 weeks. This is mainly to the fact that they really know what they are doing and how they feel the market at that time. Their approach is professional and they are keen in working with the customer to achieve the best possible outcome regardless of the price range. You can expect a correct estimate and an honest opinion regarding your own expectations. When you think you're sitting on a rock of gold while you're not, they will provide you with reasons and arguments in order to remain realistic. On the second occasion I was looking to buy myself. After not being able to find the correct match myself for over a year I informed my agent. After scouring the market for the right match I got the call after about a month. He went above and beyond to get me to come and watch a house he had just signed. It ticked all the right boxes and was within budget as well. I made the deal right there and then. All formalities and paperwork were handled correctly and professionally at all times. Long story short: if you are looking for a no-nonsense real estate agent, go with Hans Immo.
