1) ERA Broker who does not shy away from giving incorrect information!!! Info that makes such a sloppy 35,000 euros difference that you then have to pay more!
2) ERA Estate agent who organizes a hidden public sale even though a public sale may ONLY be organized by a notary. They DO DO IT, of course. And the pretension with which they send you walking when you mention this was already corresponding!!!
3) ERA Broker who presents the wrong 'approved' plans to the potential buyer!
I also have bad experience with another ERA office. (1: Do not want to give a copy of the signed rental contract. 2: Make payment for the description of the place when it has not even been drawn up yet)
Sharks grabbing is the real estate culture apparently.
Friendly and nice people to work with. Honest information, concrete agreements are adhered to. Beautiful and creative construction projects are a plus, and add value to working with ERA-De Piramide. Thanks in advance. Guy
