I was looking for an apartment to buy for a very long time and could compare the service of several real state agencies. I can say that Engel & Volkers provided the best. All the agents I dealt with were outstanding as they showed an empathy and a service oriented ethos very rare to find in the real state market. In particular, Ms Fabiana Rusco was the kind of real state agent everybody is looking for: very respectful of my wishes, looking actively for properties that could match my interests instead of trying to "plug in" what she had. Perseverant and patient despite my sometimes unrealistic demands.
The properties E & V offers are also very different in quality than the ones of other agencies. You can see they have an eye to property hunt and a very good knowledge of the market. I fully recommend it as an agency.
