    In oktober 2017 werd Copandi opgericht. Dit gebeurde vanuit het geloof dat de rol van vastgoedmakelaar moet veranderen. De oprichters geloven in goede én betaalbare dienstverlening - en brengen hiermee vernieuwing in de sector.

    Bij Copandi een full-service aan een vaste en betaalbare commissie.       • + Very good cooperation with always fast communication. Pros: Digital agenda, very nice images, 3D tour,... . Potential buyers are extensively informed in advance, so you only get really interested people. Also very fast processing. The compromise was drawn up and digitally signed within a week of the offer. Our broker was Carine Hanson, with whom we had a very pleasant, smooth and professional collaboration. She was always available. Always a response within the day. We were told by prospective buyers that they had a very pleasant tour. We compared 5 brokers. And we don't regret for a second that we chose Copandi. They were by far the cheapest and by far the best. Also with the most extensive estimate report. We recommend Copandi to everyone. If we want to buy or sell in the future, this will 100% definitely be Copandi again.

      • + We are extremely satisfied with the collaboration with Copandi. We have both bought and sold a house. Carine Hanson, our contact person, understood perfectly what we were looking for. We made an offer when purchasing our new house and she helped ensure that this offer was accepted. Everything was followed up nicely and we were clearly kept informed. The sale of our houses (one of my boyfriend's and one of my own) also went smoothly. They don't want to get the most out of it, they just want to close a nice sale that feels good for every party. The commission we had to pay was also less than at other real estate properties. This felt very fair. The collaboration with Carine was great. A stylish lady who knows her trade. Highly recommended.

Then the broker himself received the potential buyers, even while we were on holiday abroad. Finally, they negotiated a purchase price that was significantly above the asking price. Copandi itself did not share in this profit as they work with a fixed price and not on commission like most brokers.
