I give Immo Dewaele and Immo Dewaele and more specifically Lynn Cooreman a big 10 out of 10. I would also like to thank Olyvia from Immio Dewaele from Strombeek for the good service. Sometimes some communication problems due to recording of the photographer, etc. before the house was cleaned up. So my parental house was sold through Immo Dewaele. I haven't had much personal contact with Olivia so I can't say much about it. My great thanks go to Lynn Cooreman of Immo Dewaele from Vilvoorde Center. She is a top lady. Always prepared for anything. Olivia probably is too, but I only had personal contact with this lady when signing the sales agreement. I have had more contact with Lynn Cooreman and she deserves a big 10 out of 10 from me. But I am sure that Olivia from the Strombeek office also deserved a big compliment. They were always ready for anything. Thank you very much for the smooth handling of the sale of my parental home. But sorry, Olivia, you get a 9 out of 10, but Lynn gets a 10/10. Yes, I had more contact with her and everything went well, so thanks Olivia from Strombeek and a big thank you to Lynn from Vilvoorde. Thanks for everything. But unfortunately I had more service and contact with Lynn Cooreman from Immo Dewaele. Still, thanks to both of you. Nice job done.

We sold our house in Vilvoorde in March 2023 with Lynn Cooreman from CBI Immo and are totally satisfied! Lynn and her team supported us extremely well during the whole process from the beginning to the end (and beyond). Super satisfied with this real estate office! Had very smooth and professional guidance from Vicky Van Caesbroeck! As a tenant it can sometimes be a bit confusing, but this was not the case here at all, everything was explained and addressed step by step.
