Secretary botches the answers! No polite words, a simple attachment as a response. On the phone, claims to have given me a lot of information when she said 3 words to me.
Shameful service, no professionalism.
If you want support as an owner, look elsewhere, advice from them obviously ;-)

Average service.
I contact the agency for a visit to a property to rent. So far no problems, the visit is going well (a little hasty but let's move on, it's not a problem).
I submit an application:
Visits close in the following week. Carefree.
I called for the first time in the middle of this famous week: “We close at the end of the week, but I undertake to contact you personally”.
I wait.. never hear back.
I phone “Ah but the apartment is rented.” Following this I said that I was waiting for a response all the same and I was almost attacked "Yes, finally sir, we cannot contact everyone! We have only contacted a few people but it is impossible to contacted everyone.
The latest news is that we're at a time when sending an email to 10 people at once simply saying "Your application has not been accepted" only takes a few minutes.
The service may be good for sales or something, but not in this kind of situation!

Nothing has changed a few days after your response to my comment. I understand and can read between the lines. No ethics, even to sell your house you are in the sorting!!! Incredible to still see these practices in 2023. I confirm my initial comment
