The agency hanged up my phone after I asked (in DUTCH) if they speak English. Then they refused to answer the phone when they saw my number. My colleague had to call them for me from a different number and they confirmed that they do not want to speak English... Extremely unprofessional

The gentleman who works there is not professional at all and you are just a number to him! I'm curious whether he communicates well with the owner of a house about potential buyers. Yesterday was an open day and if you want to make an offer today you will be told that the house has already been sold! They don't even wait 1 day to see who the potential buyers are and for the same money I would like to make a higher offer on the house. Young couples don't get a chance at all!!! Just horrible.

Very unprofessional in arranging visits. The agency didn't plan enough to handle the visitors on an ''open day''... It was very crowded outside the property & amidst COVID situation it is very unsafe. You may feel treated bad. Immolution - have to really work on preparing for worst situations.
