      • - Unfortunately, the system does not allow you to choose negative stars. They don't care about the seller's interest at all. Pharaonic commission 3500 euros plus VAT still good, for... a garage. Be careful with them. On a deposit of 5850 euros upon signing the compromise all in Dutch with pages and pages and more pages to no end, I didn't even get back 1500 euros. They are swallows everything. I am writing a book in several volumes concerning this sale which I regret 100%. They even added a suspensive condition obliging me to expand access at my expense, which I proposed to do in the case of rental but obviously not in the case of sale in the condition well known to the buyer. Be careful and take the time to read everything carefully before signing anything and ideally, ask a notary or lawyer to find out exactly what will be paid into your account.

      • - Since January 2, the elevator in our building, Sofia residence, sea wall, has been broken!!!!! The gentleman in charge of the trustee needs 6 weeks to find a solution. Either the engine is exchanged or it is repaired. There is a contract with Cosmo Lift, so what to expect?????? Two solutions…….aaah and suddenly it’s a matter of insurance which means that the decision will be made even later!!! We would have loved to spend the carnival holidays with my invalid dad but given the circumstances it was not possible, we live on the 6th floor!!!! I will commit to finding a trustee office that offers a service that is worth what we pay them!!!!! Shame on you!!!! Servimo says: You own and we care. In this case it is: We suffer and you don’t care!!!!!!

      • + We rented an apartment on the dike in November and took the cleaning option. Nothing to say, the team is attentive to small daily problems and we recovered the entire deposit. A contract has already been validated for November 2024

More than half of the deposit taken after the rental week for "cleaning costs" (175 euros, yes, you read correctly) even though we had received the apartment in a very dirty state (heavily scaled toilets, vacuum cleaner not passed, etc.) and which we had to clean upon our arrival. Like all civilized people, we also spent the morning cleaning before leaving (if we had known, we would have used this time to sleep!). Obviously no one is present at the entry or exit inventory, which allows them to claim whatever they want three months later. These are clearly hidden fees, and the agency is showing aberrant bad faith. TO AVOID !!!

I trust a cleaning company more than certain tenants who precede me and who sometimes have a relative idea of ​​cleanliness. I myself took the cleaning package at the end of the stay because making an apartment tidy takes time. I subsequently got my deposit back without any problem. I therefore thank this agency for the service and seriousness.
