      • - If I could give 0 stars I would have... you are heavily discriminated against here if you want to rent a house and apply... the blonde Bo cuylearts is very unsuitable for this job. If you call you are simply hung up and they are not open to help you. I really do not recommend buying/renting a house here. Feel free to continue looking for enough real estate agents who are good at their work and will help you look at options. They are absolutely not professional!!!!

      • - I would like to share my disappointment about my experiences with Immo Noord, where their service was anything but satisfactory. This is now the second time I have made an appointment for a viewing, and both times things went far from smoothly. The first time the appointment was 'rescheduled' for a vague reason, which immediately raised some doubts. However, the second time the situation reached a new low when the viewing was canceled at the last minute because the tenant was supposedly ill. The striking thing about this is that the apartment in question was actually sold to someone else on the day the tenant was ill. This raises serious questions about the integrity of Immo Noord, as it seems as if the outcome of the viewing was already predetermined, regardless of my interest. What is even more worrying is the lack of fair opportunities. The apartment was listed online for only two days before it was sold, giving the impression that potential buyers are not even given the opportunity to seriously consider whether they are interested. A fair chance of purchase seems to be of secondary importance for Immo Noord, and that is downright disappointing. Moreover, Immo Noord promised to keep me informed if comparable apartments came up for sale. Unfortunately, I never heard from them again, which reinforces the overall impression of unreliability. In conclusion, my experience with Immo Noord was far from satisfactory. The opaque course of events during the viewings and the lack of fair opportunities have seriously damaged my confidence in this real estate agency. Potential customers may need to consider whether Immo Noord is the reliable partner they are looking for when looking for real estate.

      • - Not happy with the service at all. We have had to wait for our rental deposit for more than three months because ERA has not completed the necessary documents. Many phone calls later, this is still not in order and we always get the answer that they will fix it asap, but simply nothing happens.

      • - Made an appointment for a viewing ... no one is waiting ... real estate north closed ... later I see that they have canceled 5 minutes before the planned viewing by email ... worthless service .... I see that they are very friendly respond to the reviews purely because I cannot answer them, but real estate North is the only one that rejects Dutch people on viewings ... from experience, a number of times happens and I have also heard from other Dutch people who have tried to rent something here
