      • + First worked with another broker. They were able to arrange 5 visits there in 6 months. Then worked with the Bricx team and had many visits in a short time. which ultimately led to a good sale. Bricx works very professionally and does what they promise. We would especially like to thank Louis for the smooth cooperation. He radiates calm and is very sympathetic.

      • + We are very satisfied with the collaboration with the Bricx office in Roeselare. There was a smooth follow-up of our file regarding the sale of my parental home. By the way, not a simple file for a protected person. The Bricx office always fulfilled the agreements made so that we made good progress. Another strong point is their good communication, both towards us as a seller and towards the notary office. We are Mr. Louis Van Haecke grateful for the great collaboration. • + After hanging in the display case at another office for 6 months and not receiving any feedback, we decided to invite several real estate agents for an interview. Louis van Bricx came to our home and gave us an extremely expert explanation of their way of working without wanting to push too much. He himself proposed entering into a short-term contract. This gave us some peace of mind and we entrusted our home to Bricx. Barely two weeks after launching our home, a viewing day was launched. Shortly afterwards we received several offers, one of which was well above our expectations. Thank you for the smooth and professional handling. I will definitely recommend you to everyone. If we ever decide to sell our current home, we will not hesitate for a second who to call! Thanks a lot!

      • - Brickx approaches potential customers under the guise of an interested buyer and with a handwritten note in the mailbox. After some searching it turns out to be Brickx. After telephone contact, they cover it up as if it concerns an intern. (Intern already has a nice position - as can be seen on the website) Then they constantly harass you with lies and that they have multiple candidates. When I ask them to meet with the professional real estate agent we have chosen, there is no response, they even do not answer the phone when I ask my current real estate agent to contact them himself. After months people keep calling you and stuffing your mailbox, there seems to be no stopping it. Even if I request that my details be immediately removed from their database and that they no longer contact me, they still send a message. Apparently people do not understand 'immediate effect' well at Brikxc. My advice is that Brickx is certainly not recommended. Sale by hand via the notary. It will save your prospective buyer a lot of money.
