I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY.

The lawyer is a specialist in harassment and intimidation.
I quickly put the lawyer in his place and humiliated him in front of his employer SOBEGI.

Really, run away as quickly as possible and don't even enter into any kind of contract with this agency. The building is falling into disrepair, charges for the common areas requested but minimum maintenance (the cleaning that is done is very superficial, the common areas are full of belongings left to their fate for months and years, feeling of increasing unsanitary conditions ). Once the contract was signed, 0 efforts to communicate with the tenants, really unprofessional behavior at all levels. Repeat what others have written...run away!

Worst agency ever! Once they requested a month's unpaid rent, with recurring emails, and then found out two months later that it had already been paid. Then, they paid for a water bill worth hundreds of euros without checking for leaks or errors with the Belgian water agency, and then asked the tenants for that amount of money and changed their mind almost ten times on the possibility of paying in instalments. Finally, they found any possible bureaucratic way to annoy me when I found a replacement for my room. Please avoid them!
