I cherish warm memories of our pleasant collaboration. All employees were professionals who achieved a wonderful result with a lot of love for the profession and with a lot of professional pride. Solid materials, a fixed price, good agreements and, above all, a lot of effort and willingness to listen have stayed with me. My sincere thanks to everyone who contributed to this wonderful project. The prompt follow-up from site manager Tim made it a stress-free construction experience for me. Thanks to your excellent team, I now have a beautiful home where it is a pleasure to come home. Keep up the good work.

WARNING!!! If you dont speak Dutch, forget about this agency!
I called/emailed them several times and they just respond once after all, saying that come to the office, we will guide you in English!
I took some time off from work and went to their office, no English!
I understand they are native Dutch speaker and not knowing their language is on my side. However, they could simply save my time and energy by saying that we do not support English!! As simple as that!!
After my visit, I called them again to get another appointment to talk about a project with an English speaker. The guy picked up the phone, talked in English what is it about and I explained the situation. Thereafter, he just hold the phone saying nothing.
I was like Hello, hallo,...!! are you there... and no response. SO disrespectfull!
I called again and nobody picked up anymore!
Unbelievable !!

Our experiences in brief:
- Poor service.
- Land on Immoweb that has not been for sale for months is left with reduced prices to attract people. These would be removed "quickly" but would remain there for a long time afterwards.
- Young people who come on site for information are quickly ushered out as it is half an hour before closing time.
- The customer is not listened to.
- Taking an option is only possible if you pay thousands of euros to "draw up a provisional plan".

I have had a very successful overall experience with construction company Woningbouw Speybroeck, from my first pleasant meeting with manager Isabella Speybroeck at the office and from the first stone to the last.
Everything is described in detail in the specifications. So you won't be faced with any surprises. I have a warm heart for the employees within this family business. Tim, Thijs, Isabella, in short, everyone within Speybroeck who handled my file, I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart. I was not a number to them, but was always treated humanly and with respect. The independent contractors with whom Speybroeck has worked for more than 20 years constantly think along, such as electrician Filip Clement. If he had not given advice about certain switches and light points, I might now have regretted certain choices I wanted to make during the tour of the house.
I was certainly not the easiest customer because I changed things last minute. For example, I requested an extra wall in the attic after all the other walls were already there and the racks had disappeared. Nevertheless, Speybroeck granted my request and that wall was built.
Of course, just like with any (new construction) project, there were also less easy moments such as a delay here or there, COVID has simply struck everywhere. But how this construction company handled that situation, kudos! I did not notice if the construction works were delayed, precisely because Speybroeck can count on particularly driven subcontractors and hard workers. I was also able to move into my house earlier than planned. It wasn't completely finished yet, so I didn't have to pay the final invoice yet, but I was able to get home in the meantime.
I have an incredibly positive feeling about this collaboration and, not unimportantly, a beautifully finished dream new home!
