      • + Family atmosphere from first to last contact, you are not just another number. When problems arise, solutions are sought together. What was most important to me is that the construction group (in the name of An Van Looy) keeps its promises, including verbal ones. And this is rare in these times... . Van Looy Bouwgroep gets a 4.5/5 from me - rounded off to a 5.

      • - Bought a house in one of their projects in Wezembeek Oppem, that got delivered 2 years ago. The after-sale service is ridiculously poor and outsourced to another company who does not followup on the problems. Two years after, we have several open points that are not being handled despite several requests. And Van Looy just claims they cannot do anything - although we are clients of Van Looy to whom we trusted with building our home. Very disappointing to see how they treat their customers like that once they have received all their money. You would expect better when people make such an investment.
