I had researched the agency and found only negative comments, still wanted to try and continue the process with them, incompetent people, rough unprofessional and whatever you can imagine they not even know how to read a document correctly.
If you are looking to waste your efforts for nothing, good luck with them then!
I have never seen such service in my life.

Worst agency ever! Once they requested a month's unpaid rent, with recurring emails, and then found out two months later that it had already been paid. Then, they paid for a water bill worth hundreds of euros without checking for leaks or errors with the Belgian water agency, and then asked the tenants for that amount of money and changed their mind almost ten times on the possibility of paying in instalments. Finally, they found any possible bureaucratic way to annoy me when I found a replacement for my room. Please avoid them!
