The most unprofessional company in Luxembourg . I live in an apartment complex managed by them and they dont handle a single thing appropriately. Their teams takes ages to respond to emails fix issues and have no clue about customer service. Never ever buy or stay in property managed by them . Inowai service quality: Our newly build appartment block at Gare appointed Inowai as "Administrateur de biens" and landlords are more than not happy with the service. Inowai is not able to organise the first meeting "conseil" and every request question to inowai is either unanswered or delayed. Mainly because of this experience I can´t take Inowai serious anymore. Not as servicer and def. not as developer / agent. S. Grimm

Worst experience with an estate agency I've ever had. Very costly and the service they provide is way below the average standards. Stay away from them.
