We were very lucky to have Maud as our agent. She helped us a lot through the process of renting our apartment - All very well taken care of and was always available to answer our questions. Compared to the (very) bad experiences I have had with other agencies, this was a 10/10.

Called 4 times about the same object to express my interest. I was told they would get back to me but never did. When I called the 5th time I was passed around 3 different agents but nobody was aware of my ongoing application and was then informed me it was rented two days ago. Terrible service.

Would all renting experiences be like this. INOWAI's team was professional, dedicated and even after the rental agreement was signed and the fee was paid, they made sure to follow up to ensure everything went smoothly and the move was uneventful. 5-star service and worth every penny.

Gaëlle explained everything to us and showed us everything. She was always available. Her work was perfect! But I have to mention that 7 months after we moved we are still waiting for the agency to install the missing lights in the apartment and few other stuff. We have tried to contact the person in charge (not Gaëlle any more) and he is not even replying the email we have sent. I am very disappointed with the agency...
