I wouldn't recommend it to anyone anymore. Things went wrong from the start at the notary, when I had to go get the key and cylinder (during the corona period).
So far I have still not received my final EPB report, which should normally be submitted within six months of completion
The EPB reporter points to Bosman because they have still not received the correct documents from them. And they are starting to point responsibility at their subcontractors. As a result, it took some time before anything was repaired. Even with a lawyer involved, nothing comes of it.

Very good until the money is in their account. Afterwards - when structural hidden defects come to light - the helpfulness is a lot less and they come and laugh at people in their own homes, as it were. Stuverbo, Stuban, Bosman: avoid like the plague.

When we bought a house from Bosman, we were wary because of our previous bad experience with a contractor. But at Bosman Woning Bouw we quickly felt at ease because of the good, open communication and relaxed atmosphere. They were able to quickly answer all questions and comments we had. The choice of various materials was also fast, wide and of high quality, just like the companies they work with.
Contact with the contractors was also very open and they were always available for our comments and questions (answer within 48 hours). Even small last minute adjustments were no problem and were arranged immediately. The finish is also TOP.
