Very difficult to reach to arrange a visit. And when finally arranged a viewing for a house in Thiesius, just before viewing day, I messaged the estate agent if it is possible to move the appointment an hour and he replied that the owner had already concluded an agreement and canceled visit. He didn't even bother to let me know if I hadn't texted. Apparently no customer service.
