One star less for reviewing the follow-up after the sale for the inventory before handing over the keys. Check with the sellers what the buyers expect to find in the empty house (floor, chandelier, furnishings, etc.) so that there are no unpleasant surprises for them due to misunderstanding (we had everything removed thinking he was doing the right thing).
