      • + Selling my house with a real estate agent ... That was something I never intended ! Until I ran into Nele Demeyer. I got to know this broker through friends. And from the first minute to the last minute Nele made a huge impression! Nele is a very passionate broker. Her precise and professional preparation was immediately noticeable from the first contact. Passion and professionalism is her hallmark! No contract had been signed yet, but she had made every effort to collect very complete information about my parents' property. And this was a fairly complicated plot (easements, protected view, ...). Nele knew the correct price of the property (unlike other offices!). She was very correct with the agreements made and put a lot of energy and work into sales. I advise anyone who is still in doubt about going into business with a real estate agent, to first make an appointment with Nele before selling or working with another real estate agent. In any case, she left the impression of a top real estate agent with us! Does it need to be said that we are 100% satisfied with her ?!

      • - do not accept people of other nationalities, I had three attempts to rent 2 for the apartment and one for the garage, although I met all the requirements. after the visit they told me that the owner found someone else, but they were still on the site for a long time. They are LIARS !
