    Aangezien elk pand verschillend is en dan ook een aparte aanpak vereist, kunnen wij u zowel juridisch, fiscaal en op technisch vlak een maximaal resultaat garanderen!

      • - Extremely incompetent real estate office (or at least the person who handled our case). 20+ emails sent for a garage box to rent in Ghent. We were finally able to view it after 2 weeks, because it was a real assignment to come to Ghent (don't rent there). After a few days we attach the garage box. We get the answer back from 'Annelies De Jonge' that they prefer to rent to residents of the apartment. Didn't they know this 3-4 weeks ago? Then why are they stringing us along so much? In case the tenant of the apartment did not need the garage? Assumptions but obvious. Played dirty. We will continue looking for a garage, without the help of Immo Browaeys.

      • - Contacted two weeks ago to make an appointment for a visit and still haven't heard anything. Called and emailed. Good luck if you 'try' to sell your home with this real estate agency.

      • - I'm afraid I will have to agree with the 1-star reviews. Two months ago we contacted this office about renting a home. I called to make an appointment to view the house, to which I received the following answer: "I can't get in yet because it is still rented out." This was quite bizarre because their site and that of Immoweb contained photos of an empty building. The meta-data of those photos showed that they were from 2016, which in my opinion is a little bit fraudulent, but whatever. So we were advised to wait a month. This month came and went and we called back. Then we received the answer that the current tenants had not yet found another place to live and would stay for another month. So we wait another month. When the second month was almost over, I called again and got no answer. We have therefore given up and have come to the conclusion that this office is completely incompetent to rent out properties. If you look at other reviews, there is a clear pattern: sales are OK, but rentals are not at all. The positive reviews are usually from people who have sold their house through Browaeys and now have a lot of money in their account, so of course you are satisfied anyway. The negative reviews are from tenants who have to work more closely and long-term with this office and then you quickly see where the bottlenecks are. So, my current advice for renters; avoid this office. Take your time looking for something else, it will save you stress and time. My advice for this office; Read your Google Reviews and try to learn something from them.

      • - DO NOT RENT FROM BROWAEYS REAL ESTATE! We are not at all satisfied after having had a rental contract with this organization: - Very poor communication. Email immediately if you do not do something, but they do not respond either by email or by telephone. - Paid €10 syndic every month, while after a month there was no gardener left and the communal driveway and parking were in terrible condition. - Six months after moving from the house, the electricity had still not been disconnected. Also a mistake on Eneco's part, but Real Estate decided not to give our notice until there were new tenants. Also no follow-up or communication in the six months afterwards about this, a lot of emails sent... - When leaving the home, no damage is taken into account. They are very strict and everything is charged for. We have not seen much more than half of our deposit back. - Poor follow-up of tenants, while all communication had to go through them. - Certain things (e.g. damage to window) were still going to be repaired after we were already in it. This never happened and there was no further communication about this. We recommend renting elsewhere, if only for your own peace of mind.
