      • - Agency not serious and to avoid if you do not want to waste your time! I have an appointment at 5:50 p.m. to visit a property with my husband and my 2 grandchildren. After 30 minutes of waiting in the cold, me and my husband call him, he answers us with a text message asking us that she is the subject of the call and that he will call us back later. So we explain to him by text also since he didn't bother to call that we have an appointment with him and are waiting for him. He replies that in the afternoon he would have called to cancel because the owner of the apartment could not come. But I never received a call from him. From 1 I wasted my time. From 2 my babies we die of cold and from 3 where is the professionalism? He was not even able to call to apologize but preferred to hide behind a stupid text message and in addition he allows himself to lie and say that he called us! He just didn't want to work!
