I did work together with them to rent my real estate. Easy money easy work when they have time to serve their clients. Very unprofessional and amateurish agency. Only french speaking. I can not recommend this agency and its staff.

Got my apartment thanks to Gregory and he was super helpful during the process. I came from abroad and had a lot of doubts about the paperwork, but he was always available both by email and by call to support and clarify. ????????

First time, the agent ‘messed up’ the dates. I’ve been waiting for almost 1h and I couldn’t visit the apartment.
After a while, the agent answered the phone and proposed a new day for a visit.
A few days later, I go and… the agent didn’t show up for the visit. She didn’t bother in answering or return the call this time.
Called the office a few times, and someone answered offering a quick solution. Lost one hour waiting and they never called back.
Laughing in my face.
If they are that serious when you are trying to rent, I can’t imagine how it could be when renting.
Terrible experience. More than 2h of work lost. Thank you.
UPDATE: The same agent did the same to me a year ago. So… yeah. Be careful.
