An obligation to pay €3,000, a sum deducted from the invoice if work carried out, to obtain a quote (sold as supposedly a feasibility study which is not one). Despite everything, we trusted the company by paying the requested amount.
When we received the final estimate, we were stunned by a whole series of additional items (administrative fees, inventory of fixtures, unnecessary architect's study, etc.) resulting in enormous additional costs.
And there we are put against the wall because having already paid 3000€ we are linked to them.
After reflection, we decided to change contractors. Despite the loss of advance, the cost of the work was much cheaper than with Tpalm "renovation".
I'll let you be the judge of their practice but to me it looks like a scam.
