    Nu, waarom zou je voor de verkoop van je huis al die digitale mogelijkheden overboord gooien? Sterker nog: waarom zou je een makelaar een stevige commissie betalen om niet veel meer te doen dan samen met jou te wachten op mogelijke kopers?

    De manier om een droomhuis te zoeken én te vinden is veranderd. Natuurlijk blijft de eerste indruk belangrijk, maar de manier wáárop je die maakt, is nu radicaal digitaal. En dankzij Straf Vastgoed ook radicaal goedkoper.

      • + Smooth and accessible service with clear communication and, above all, reassuring that there was always a very quick response to our many questions. Beautiful photos and nice text on the real estate websites, which are evident from the many compliments from family and friends. The sale was completed in 3 weeks. Thank you Jonas (and of course the team behind it) for the great experience!

      • + Great real estate agents who make you feel good and provide good guidance throughout the sale. Michiel estimated that it would take about a month before we sold it. We succeeded in a month and a half and we still have a good feeling about it. Also a fair and clear price and as icing on the cake a beautiful bouquet to congratulate you on the sale. I wasn't a fan of real estate agents, but now I am a fan of this one.

      • - We had an appointment to view a property. As luck would have it, a few days later a family member asked to forward the photos of the property. Otherwise we would not have discovered that this property had already been sold. It is very unfortunate that they did not contact us to cancel our appointment. In order to realize this appointment, we had specifically canceled something else. It's also a shame that we didn't have the chance to make OUR offer, but that's certainly normal in the real estate world, isn't it? Another point I would like to make is that we find it strange that the property was sold BEFORE the first general official visit appointment. An apology for the inconvenience has been received from the number 032836464. This review is still worth one star.
