I have worked for several years with the SIMAPI agency and am delighted with their service, their professionalism, their seriousness and their honesty. I have already sold 2 properties through them and I only have positive things to say: the manager does not tell lies either to the seller or to the buyer in relation to the property for sale as so many others do and he is reasonable in estimating the property. I also called on them for a rental and contrary to some negative opinions of which I am very surprised, I only had positive aspects. They make a good pre-selection of the candidates and we receive a report of the selected candidates. For me it's the only decent real estate agency I know and I've tested a few!

When it comes to asking for the rent, they are very very responsive but when it comes to reimbursing unused charges, you have to harass them several times a week and wait several months to be reimbursed, I do not recommend !
