      • - Hello, After several years as a tenant. I got this agency that took care of the apartment. They are incompetents, liars and cheaters. I strongly advise against going through them. The people who work there are not professional. They never respond and decline all responsibility. I invite owners and tenants to find another correct and professional agency above all. I wish a lot of courage to the people who will work with them

      • + I very rarely write reviews online but feel compelled to do so for RealtyCare. RealtyCare have been my property management company for almost 5 years now and have helped me find 3 superb rental tenants for my apartment, which I'm now selling. In my experience it's rare to find such a trustworthy company in Brussels (or anywhere for that matter) for property management/real estate needs. Their vetting process for screening potential tenants is extremely thorough and transparent and they communicate at each and every step of the process making sure they inform you when there is new information to share. The quality of their draft rental contracts is second to none, which isn't always the case from other property management companies I explored. They also offer an excellent package of support in terms of entry/exit inspection with an expert, very well priced cleaning services and managing advertising online including taking photos/doing 3D virtual videos for visits. As an expat in Brussels and now living overseas again, they've ensured my apartment always had high quality tenants who looked after and maintained the apartment. In the past 5 years it's been rented out not once have I had any issues with tenants whatsoever, which speaks to the quality of their rigorous vetting process. Whats more, they're friendly people and truly care about customer service. I recall when I first met them in 2016 the owner Olivier took the time to come and meet me along with Morgane who was my property manager to explain their company and how they work. For the past 3 years I've been working with Fabien who is just fantastic. He's so easy to work with and knows the rules/law in Belgium inside and out. I've never had to question/worry about anything and I've always had 100% full trust in them. I've always had peace of mind knowing that I can just hand stuff over to them to take care of and they'll manage it so well - it's always a painless process for you as a client! I'm sometimes sceptical of google reviews (which is why I rarely write them) but I really can wholeheartedly recommend RealtyCare based on my experience with them since 2016. I am more than happy to provide additional references/speak to anyone if you are considering asking for RealtyCare's services. Huge thanks to Olivier, Morgane and especially Fabien for all your help and support these many years. I am sincerely grateful and will miss having you as my property managers! Let me know if you ever decide to open up an office in France! I'll be your first client! :) Josh
