      • - Apartment in Ardooie above pharmacy vacated on November 23. After many emails with Pauline and Karolien and 4 months later, still no rental deposit has been returned! Comments such as cannot reach the owner, we are working on it, we will keep you informed, no comments,... I really don't understand? What way of working is this? All I have to do is sign a sheet and refund my money. Next step - justice of the peace

      • - Very poor customer service. On the day of the visit we were told via a simple text message that the apartment had been rented. Our appointment had been fixed for 2 weeks. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

      • - Had a very bad experience with Paulien. Went on Thursday to look at an apartment in Ardooie above the pharmacy, had passed everything on the evening itself, called on Monday and said that the tenant is still deciding that they would definitely let us know if it was ours or not. Paulien herself did not answer her emails and telephone calls, but I was allowed to call the office. Now I have to see for myself via the Zimmo site that it has been removed, which means that the lease has already been signed and I read another review about the same building that they already had landlords at the time! Never again think very badly about their money and not about their customers!!

      • - Bad experience with Karolien Lafaut, my girlfriend and I wanted to rent an apartment above the pharmacy in Ardooie, we had already been in contact by telephone for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks only to hear from the real estate office that it was definitely still for rent and that they had already tried to contact the landlord several times and could not reach him, I decided to take steps myself. This is because we were genuinely interested in the apartment. So I went into the pharmacy and asked the staff if they knew who owned the apartment and they told me it was their boss. They immediately called the man to ask if it was still for rent, and he said that there were already new tenants. As a result, we were lied to by the real estate agency Karolien Lafaut for almost 3 weeks. I will certainly not forget this, I am copying this review so that I can repost it again and again if I notice that it is being deleted.
