      • + Due to new professional circumstances, we had to sell our house on the outskirts of Bruges quickly. Summer was slowly approaching and we thought that the 'momentum' to put our house up for sale had already passed. However, that was not taken into account by Julie from Puur Vastgoed. Our house was sold in two weeks. Furthermore, Julie had estimated a price that we did not believe was feasible. I happily admitted my mistake this morning, while signing the compromise at Puur Vastgoed. Julie stands for honesty, good communication, both to buyer and seller, and correct agreements on prices. We already knew Puur Vastgoed in the past. And we could always rely on the same service: professional, correct and friendly. I have a healthy distrust of real estate agents, but I make an exception for Julie. In addition to being an excellent real estate agent, she is above all a human being. And that makes the difference for us.

Such a jumper in the field, no question is too much for her, she brings the sun into the house with her radiant personality and she knows what she is doing. She takes both the buyer and seller into account so that both can be satisfied with their deal.
