      • - As a prospective buyer, we personally have a bad experience with this real estate agency. We had scheduled a visit but the real estate agent did not show up. We spoke to the owner and he said that the house had been sold since yesterday. Good news in itself, but the broker did not think it necessary to inform all interested parties who had scheduled an appointment. Result: the owner had interested people around the house all day and he had to send them home himself and we lost more than 2 hours of our time on travel. Contacted the real estate agency about this situation, but of course no response was received. Of course you can't make any money with that either.. ;) Too bad!
