Agency to avoid !!! The real estate agents are really incompetent! Lie on Lie, supposedly saying that the owners do not accept animals when it is false! Don't follow up on our applications, block phone numbers etc... we ask to visit other houses 🏠 and also supposedly the owners have chosen an application when it's wrong! In short .... if you do not want to have you avoided this lying and incompetent real estate agency! I strongly recommend the leclerc agency in tournai who are real professionals... we will contact all the owners who have put their houses up for sale or rented at this agency to denounce their actions!!!

At this rate we can already buy a ⛺️ and visualize a homeless life...
In short ! to avoid if you are looking for an emergency property!
Better to go to individuals (quick response, quick appointment and date of development of the property according to the convenience of the customer).

Avoid this agency at all costs!!!! hides the non-functioning of the house for rent in Péruwelz rue du moulin. . We called them as what the fire does not heat the house beyond 15°c, we were told that as it lights up it was operational (oil fire)... full of problems with this agency.. even on the deposit we were ripped off during the delivery of this one and again we had to beat it.
