Agency to avoid especially if you are tenants, unclear inventory, modified/blurred photos, responds arrogantly when you ask for explanations, very bad experience and I have been renting for 15 years in Belgium, never had a problem with other agencies /owners, plus seeing the comments I see that I'm not the only one, coincidence? Huge lack of professionalism. Constantly makes mistakes when calculating amounts owed to owners, doesn't take the trouble to read emails, takes an unpleasant and smug tone. Big conflict of interest because rents the owners' property AND uses it as their expertise (which creates problems when the owners are dishonest).
Avoid.

The property offered and the price asked were absolutely correct.
What I criticize here is the lack of responsiveness, professionalism and punctuality of the Poplimont family (mainly mother and daughter).
Chronic delays of more than an hour for an appointment even though they had set the time themselves.
Lack of responsiveness when there is a boiler problem (in winter), we had to advance the costs and wait 4 months before being reimbursed after several reminders.
Rarely answer the phone.
They say they are doing everything they can to find a new tenant while they are increasing the rent for the property by almost €100/month. Do not answer calls from people (7 different people with screenshots sent showing that the call was never answered) that we had pre-selected and who corresponded to the (fairly strict) criteria imposed.
During the three months of notice of departure they did not make any visits.
Bad experience.
Too bad because the apartment and the location were very good.
