    Partners in vastgoed is sinds 1998 een vaste, betrouwbare waarde in groot-Ieper.
    Onze centrale ligging op 20m van de grote markt nl. Diksmuidestraat 6, zorgt voor een drukbezochte etalage en een gemakkelijke toegankelijkheid.

    Een woning verkopen of verhuren is de laatste jaren enorm geëvolueerd. De wetgever zorgde er de laatste jaren voor dat zowel de huurder als koper steeds meer bescherming genieten. Daarom volgt ons team voortdurend bijscholing zodat we juridisch sluitende contracten kunnen aanbieden. Wij bieden eveneens advies op maat zowel op fiscaal en juridisch vlak.

    Ons team heeft 1 gezamelijk doel nl. uw eigendom zo snel mogelijk verkopen/verhuren en dit aan een marktconforme prijs.

      • - If it were possible to give 0 stars I would be happy to do so, unfortunately this is not possible. We were told that the deposit of the property description could not be returned because we were too late. We couldn't bring this in because the office is only open when we work. We also explained, but apparently there is no understanding for that. If P&vG imposes these kinds of rules, they must also ensure that they themselves put everything in order for which they have paid. The energy supplier informed us that the energy transfer was already not arranged by the real estate office more than a month later. We also paid a fee for this… )?) Come on, what are we doing…? But apparently you only care about "the money" ... that's the spirit as Ilon Musk has already lost some of his feathers. Degoutant.

      • - Very poor and incomplete communication. A few weeks ago we had registered on a list for a new apartment project. Last Friday we received an email with all the plans and they told us that 26 other people had received that email. We would allegedly have priority over the public sale. We were very interested and called the day after for an appointment. They said that they only started the first appointments for this project 10 days later. So we had planned our appointment as early as possible on that day and had already gone to the banks. So we assumed we were going to be the first & we could sign right away. When I called back during the week for some extra information and the question if we really couldn't come earlier to sign right away, we were told that it had already been sold. Apparently they worked via a list (together with the client) that had already included about 40 people before and where they planned appointments according to that large list. It turned out that there were still 8 appointments for us (while 5 apartments had already been sold), while we assumed that we would be the very first since they would only start appointments for that residence the following Monday. So they had all concealed this from the previous emails / phone calls & messages so that you arrange everything and get hope, but in the end you are deeply disappointed. So in terms of communication & honesty, a big zero.
