      • - we are not at all satisfied with this real estate agency, read the contract carefully, I actually want to give 0 stars In a bold box, their contract reads: NO SALES = NO COMMISSION. It is a pity that our house was not sold, but we had to pay the full commission and all other costs incurred. they did not let us know this themselves, they did this through our notary. the sale did not go through because the buyer's condition precedent 'getting a loan' was not settled, but after the period of the condition. so they didn't check the buyer properly, because he could never get a loan because he earns too little money apparently they charge commission when a negotiated agreement is signed, but they don't say this info when you sign. they emphasize no sales = no commission so read everything carefully. they think that we have not suffered any damage, because we can simply put our house back on the market, more than a year later when i went to them to ask for more info, the manager accused me of recording everything that was absolutely not the case and stabbed me out. a disgrace to this profession.

      • - Unprofessional and not there adequate people. Come without an appointment, ignore corona measures and the ECHR mentioned high in Belgium. Belgians with mental disabilities in my presence by mr. Petit are treated differently than intended in Belgian law.
