      • - This is by far the most unprofessional real estate agent we have ever encountered. We made an appointment for the 1st viewing day at 7:30 PM, for which my husband had taken special leave. At 6:30 PM we had to hear by email that the property had already been sold. I sincerely hope that there were no visitors who were already on their way... When I had to contact them by telephone to ask for more explanation, I received the answer that this is very normal... so the first visitor immediately offered the asking price. it has been sold. Du jamais vu! They also don't put up an auction... so to speak. Btw, it is also extremely unprofessional to blame the owner for every review and hide behind the fact that you had hoped that "the owner had taken a little more time". Save you all the trouble and look elsewhere. The 1% real estate agent who doesn't accept an offer?
