Insufferably difficult communication with the agent Ms Haas, who forgot about a booking to visit and apartment, resulting in complete chaos.
The agent then provided me with a promesee document any person with basic legal knowledge would never sign, upon which she failed to communicate by any means that the flat we saw together had already been taken.
Honestly, the only thing leading me to believe this agency is not a scam is the fact that they are unable to respond to emails.

I would advise you to avoid this agency for the below reaons:
The agent I got (Clara) was at first helpful, but this degraded very rapidly. I provided numerous contacts to the agent for follow up, and got confirmation from multiple people that she never followed up with them, and that she was not easy to join/ contact.
After 2 months, the appartment was still not rented, and she asked me to decrease the price, while I managed to rent it myself in a few weeks through personal contacts.
In addition to that, when I asked for her to share with me the pictures she took of my appartment, she first refused, then ignored my messages.
I would recommend to avoid this agency, their lack of profesionalism, lack of follow up, and lack of customer service.

This agency does not offer a good service - they have high prices and do not support costumers as they should.
Another aspect is that they keep spamming and mailing me even after I unsubscribed their newsletter several times! I told them several times that I am not interested and they just ignored it and keep spamming me.
Their work has a dubious flavour - so better look for an affordable agency with better service.
