      • - I want to share my misadventure and obviously I would not be the first. I signed a 3-year lease for a small house, at the visit and at the signing everything is going wonderfully I feel welcome which gives me confidence for the future to come (good joke) I had to return on 1st of the month in the house but the former tenants had not yet left and had not finished capping the mold that is spreading to the 4 corners of the house. I had taken a week off and rented a truck for nothing anyway this is only the beginning. The agency insists on going through them and not the owner for the slightest concern and will take the steps on its side, after a week the septic tank is filled and 10 days later the water heater breaks down (surprising if the maintenance of these were carried out before my entry according to the agency) I had to live with my parents for 3 weeks because apart from copying and pasting my emails to send them to the owner, the agency didn't care more than that. One day the owner calls me out of simple curiosity because since I moved in he has to follow up with the agency to receive his rent payments and they can find no better excuse than to pass me off as a bad payer :) After less than a year I decided to send my termination of lease to which I did not even have an answer (no wonder because in 1 year I never managed to get them on the phone) I contact korfine and strangely the rental guarantee contract was paid and established at the time of my termination of the lease, I wonder what the money was used for in the meantime paid for almost 1 year. I'll spare you the details and the fact that they didn't even bother to carry out the inventory of fixtures, it's not so bad because rented an unsanitary house where the tenants only enter and going out you have to ask yourself questions at some point.       • - Good morning, We see an ad for a house for rent in the town of Ransart. We are trying to reach the agency without success. It is explained on the voicemail that all requests will be handled by e-mail. We sent an e-mail on Saturday, Monday and Tuesday. Without news, we tried to reach them again by phone, both on the landline and on the gsm. CANNOT get anyone online after 4 days. We left several voicemails unanswered. We are very disappointed!       • - Des jours plus tard, je reçois un email: la chaudière est tombée en panne. Alors que j’essaye de les aider, la “vendeuse” agresse mon chauffagiste et me menace de me faire payer tous les frais.
      • - Ils continuent à faire leur tour en étant très désagréables et en manquant plusieurs fois de respect. A un moment, ils s’isolent pour parler. Malheureusement pour eux, une oreille indiscrète les a entendus: ils ne trouvaient pas “assez” de choses à mettre dans le rapport et il fallait “creuser”...
      • - Je reçois le lendemain le document d’état des lieux: Une catastrophe! La moitié des points du document n’avaient pas été mentionnés pendant l’état des lieux, les dates étaient fantaisistes, les sommes exorbitantes et le document n'était même pas conforme. (ils m’ont envoyé un document d’entrée et non de sortie). Il était indiqué, entre autres, que je devais repeindre TOUT le bâtiment… De vrais professionnels.
      • - Le matin de l’état des lieux, le gérant et sa “vendeuse” arrivent en râlant parce qu’on avait pas fini le déménagement. Ils commencent à m'expliquer que pour eux, les murs blanc (qui étaient comme à l’origine) ,n’étaient pas blanc (peut-être qu’ils voulaient me vendre de la lessive). Ils me parlent de lois et que cela me coûterait cher. Après vérification auprès d’avocats, ces lois n’existent pas...
      • - Je déconseille fortement cette “société”.
      • - Mais pour moi, ce genre d’agence devrait simplement être fermée. Une honte.
      • - A la fin, je remets les clés mais ils ne me font pas signer d’état des lieux…
      • - L’histoire s'est bien finie, le propriétaire est intervenu en ma faveur.
      • - La “vendeuse” de chez Mon habitat a poussé pour que je remette les clés plusieurs jours à l’avance parce que la date ne les arrangeait pas. J’ai accepté, conciliant. J’ai appris plus tard que c’était pour y placer le prochain locataire plus tôt (c’est illégal).
      • - Mon expérience a été particulière: Même si c’est eux qui géraient l’état des lieux, j'étais toujours sous contrat avec les propriétaires de l'appartement.
