I will only tell you one thing, flee this company.
An acquaintance builds and has only bad surprises from the start.
The site manager is non-existent and incompetent, the workers hired by the different trades are foreigners who do not speak French, they do not do what is asked of them by the future owners, and do not want to start again, no communication between the different professionals. It must be a joy to build and it becomes a nightmare tinged with a lot of stress.
I find this unacceptable at the price where people put more than one clause in the contract or future owners cannot “put” their dissatisfaction on social networks to warn future customers.

We have finally completed our construction, solid quality, very transparent about what is included and not included, high-quality material as standard without additional costs. Normally very quickly, but we have had bad luck with a subcontractor, Maison Baijot itself is excellent and always on time, but the subcontractors are not always the same story, unfortunately our construction was only provided with heating and water six months after completion, we have Had 3 plumbers and they all let us down.
Ultimately, MB got behind it and put one of their best plumbers on the job, CM Sanit, thank you and they sorted this out.
The only thing that could have been improved was the communication from the site manager, but I understand that this has since disappeared.

We had a new house built, which was finished quite quickly. We have a lot of issues with many things like for example: very bad installation of the window in the "salon" as air is coming through... Garage not accessible because they didn't lower the sidewalk at the entrance... Water tap in the bathroom showed some rust 2 months after installation... And many more... After the delivery, they rarely answer our phone calls and we are struggling to fix even the most basic things like the window. In any case we pay a lot of money, it is a new house and the least we can ask is to have a nice and operational house. I would definitely not recommend them. Our experience with them has been awful. I gave one star because I cannot give zero.
